Joe was at base camp. He woke early one morning and but on a sweater. He decided to take a walk. He walked a mile south and saw a bear. He was really scared. He slipped and ran a mile west. Then he decided that the bear was nowhere to be seen, then he walked a mile north and returned to base camp. He took off his sweater and ate some canned salami with his friends Bob and Sally.The question: What color was the bear and why?
The answer: The bear was white, because the only place in the world you can go 1 mile s., one mile w., one mile n. and then return to the same place is the north pole.

How many times can you take fifteen away from forty-five? Why?
The answer: You can take 15 away one time, because you take away 15, that leaves 30. If you take another away, it'll be taking away from 30!

A woman named katherine rode to town on Wednesday. She stayed in town for 3 days, then rode back to her house in the suburbs on Wednesday. How is this possible?
Katherine's horse was named Wednesday.
